How It Works for Providers?
Once our agreement is in place you can simply navigate to the top right corner of our website and select FOR PROVIDERS. From here, you can securely login and enter your patient’s demographics and checkout. We handle everything from there.
How It Works for Patients
Once you order neurofeedback for a patient:
1. Secure Portal Access
The patient receives an invite to their secure portal for messaging and session updates
2. Hardware Delivery
We ship EEG cap or headband directly to the patient
3. Virtual Setup
Our team guides the patient through their first qEEG measurement virtually
4. Ongoing Support
Patients work with a dedicated neuro coach for the following 90 days to complete their training regimen

The Evoke 90-Day Remote Training Process
Our program is 100% remote and designed for convenience and results. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Getting Started
The patient receives their EEG cap or headband in the mail. Their neuro coach schedules a video call to guide them through downloading the patient app and their first at-home QEEG, ensuring accurate setup and data collection.
Step 2: Personalized Protocol
Using the QEEG results, our coach builds a tailored training plan to address the patient’s specific brainwave patterns.
Step 3: Training at Home
Step 4: Ongoing Support
